For organisations only

A professional network with a clear boundary.

Institutional membership connects organisations working in language education and assessment without turning participation into a quality award.

Admission and continuation

A documented relationship, not a purchased badge.

The admission record identifies the organisation and the basis on which it joined. Active status remains subject to accurate public claims, permitted mark use and notification of material changes.

  1. 01
    Enquiry and organisation profile

The applicant identifies the legal entity, activities, responsible contact and reason for joining.

  2. 02
    Eligibility and due diligence

Certiqual checks identity, sector relevance, public claims and any material integrity concern.

  3. 03
    Admission decision

An authorised person decides membership separately from accreditation and Certi Mark decisions.

  4. 04
    Directory and mark controls

An admitted organisation receives an Associate Member record and the rules for any permitted member mark.

  5. 05
    Continued status review

Material changes, complaints and mark use may be reviewed; continuation is not automatic when requirements are no longer met.

Participation

What active members can expect.

Active Associate Members may participate in professional exchange, consultation activities, events and member resources, and may appear in the Member Directory. Availability may vary by activity and does not confer access to confidential assessment information or decision-making authority.
