For provider accreditation

  • Legal entity, trading names and accountable leadership
  • Sites, languages, levels, learner groups and delivery modes to include
  • How long the proposed provision has been operating and at what scale
  • Any sites, brands, programmes or activities expressly excluded

For a language-testing Certi Mark

  • Whether the subject is a named examination or the examination body
  • Products, versions, languages, levels, modes and territories to include
  • Ownership, responsible governance and any delivery partners
  • Available operating history and technical evidence for the requested scope
