Engagement model
Consultancy is designed around a defined technical question. It may diagnose, develop, review, facilitate or train, but it does not transfer management responsibility from the client to Certiqual.
The engagement starts with the organisation, intended use, affected scope and decisions the work must support.
Certiqual confirms the required expertise and whether previous or future assessment work creates an impartiality restriction.
The proposal names inputs, methods, responsibilities, outputs, exclusions and completion criteria.
Work is tested with the client, limitations are recorded and outputs are handed over for the organisation to own and implement.
