Controlled scope
What this document governs
For Examination and Examination Body applicants organising the technical account required for CQ-EX-01 assessment and continued monitoring.
Use CQ-TPL-04 version 1.0 for work started against this publication. Retain the code and version with any saved or shared copy; a later version does not silently rewrite an earlier decision record.
CQ-TPL-04.01
Intended use
Use the index as the controlled map to the technical file, not as a replacement for it. Each row should identify the record, the audit question it answers, ownership, approved version, applicable examination version, population or period and storage location.
CQ-TPL-04.02
Coverage and limitations
Cover product purpose, construct, specifications, item or task development, form assembly, administration, security, access arrangements, scoring, standard setting, results, validity, reliability, fairness, partners, monitoring and change control. Record known limitations, dependencies and access restrictions rather than leaving silent gaps.
CQ-TPL-04.03
Version and review control
Maintain approval and effective dates, validation status, review dates and related change references. Superseded records should remain traceable where they supported a live or historical examination version. The live summary is an index-health indicator, not a judgement of technical quality.
