Search with the exact public code
Match the code, subject name and recognised product. Similar names are not proof that the record belongs to the organisation or credential presented.
Interpret the status
Active, conditionally active, suspended, expired, withdrawn and replaced have different operational consequences. Read any conditions, restrictions and history before relying on the recognition.
Report discrepancies
Report a logo, certificate or claim that is broader than, inconsistent with or absent from the live register. Include the public code, URL and evidence of the claim so it can be investigated.
